What are your store hours?
We are open Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 8:00 pm, Saturdays 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Sundays 12 pm -5 pm. We are open 24/7 on the world wide web.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1880 Henderson Road, in the Northwest Center, at the northwest corner of Reed and Henderson Road, 2 miles west of 315 and 1 mile east of Sawmill Road in the northwest portion of Columbus. Our store is between the Lifestyle Family Fitness and The Fresh Market.
Do you carry SAS?
We handle the full line of SAS products but are prohibited by SAS policy to talk about it on the web.
What is your return policy?
Unworn shoes may be returned within 14 days of purchase for like credit or exchange if in original box or package with original receipt. All sale items shall be treated as final sales. No refunds on non-shoe items. For any other inquiries please refer to our
policies page.
Do you dye shoes?
We dye fabric shoes made of satin, luxe or other dyeable materials in our dyeable lab for your special occassion. We can fulfill your entire dyeable needs with shoes and handbags to match.
Do you do outside fittings?
Yes, within our geographical area. We will send one of our expert shoe fitting professionals to your residence. Please call for details.
Do you have shoes that I can put my orthotics in?
Yes, most of our shoes are constructed with removeable footbeds to accommodate orthotics and our staff is highly trained in fitting orthotics to our shoes.
